God Yul

Because of her Scandanavian heritage, teacher Anne Anderberg loves this “Scandanavian Stitches” book by Kajsa Wikman. Each year Anne makes 42 ornaments for all her family. Last year when the book came out she made the little Scandanavian dolls. This year she made the birds (also from the book). Anne starts right after Halloween to get all those ornaments made – a real labor of love!

Our family is Swedish and Slovak. Can anyone share a few ideas for tree ornaments from those cultures?
